Filipino-Canadian Senator Received The Visiting Philippine Secretary

If anyone noticed, Sen. Enverga Jr. is most likely to open and welcome my events where appropriate. He welcomed the Tagbilaran City Singing Clergies at St. Paschal Baylon Church late last year. He also opened Fienne Mendoza's Concert at REgent Theatre UOIT in Oshawa last May 5, 2017.
He is also actively supporting the Leonard Arp Annual Memorial Fundraiser in Oshawa and in many occasions where I find his presence valuable, relevant and significant.

There is one simple reason for that; He is our representative in the government of Canada as the first Filipino-Canadian Senator appointed to the Senate of Canada. He is a man of substance and I recognized his role which every Filipino should. It doesn't happened too often that someone  from our community climb the ladder and bring our voice to the government. He played his role very well. Senator Enverga Jr. ultimately pushes the Filipino community out from the sidelines and into the forefront.

Right now, although unofficial, the Philippine Cabinet Secretary Hon. Leoncio Evasco Jr. is expected to come to Toronto to join his fellow Boholanos in celebrating their 17th Biennial Convention hosted by the Bohol Association of Canada at Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. The Office of Senator Enverga Jr. has replied and pleased to host the courtesy visit of Sec. Evasco Jr. to Canada's Capital, Ottawa on July 10, 2017.

Sec. Evasco Jr. will be joined by His Excellency Archbishop  Bernardito Auza, Vatican Envoy and Permanent Observer to the United Nations in New York, the Governor of Bohol, the mayor of the City of Tagbilaran and many others. The event will last last for three days from July 7-9, 2017.

Senator Enverga Jr. despite his very hectic schedule,  has always made himself available to important matters and I am very proud of that. More updates will follow as the day of the event progresses.
