MARGIE BAYANAY: Taking On Lead Role of Mangarap Ka Online TV Drama

But first, who is Margie Bayanay?
Born as the only child and graduated high school at Maryknoll High School. Got her degree of Bachelor in Secondary Education majoring Pilipino at Sto. Tomas Davao Del Norte.
Margie Bayanay then worked at the BIR government office in Sto. Tomas Davao Del Norte. She also became Market Collector at the Treasury Department in the same town. She has so much opportunity to reach higher positions but she had a dream of going abroad before turning 30.
Despite many hard circumstances, Margie Bayanay flew to Hong Kong as a stepping stone to reach her final destination; Canada. She wanted to build experience and prepare herself to Canadian life. She arrived Hong Kong in 2008 and worked there until 2011.
In July 2011, Margie Bayanay realized her dream to reach Canada under the Live-In Caregiver Program. There were many challenges she encountered under the program but manages to finish the required 24 months. In the mist of it all, she joined many community charitable causes one of which is the Filcore Support Group that give support to Live-In Caregivers where Margie belongs.
Filcore Support Group trained her to become a good leader. It gives her confidence. She also joined the Miss Caregiver Pageant and won 2nd Place, Miss Photogenic and other Special Awards. Margie then became the Vice Chair from 2014-2015 and Chairman in 2016 and again as Vice Chairman this year.
She then took a course on Early Childhood Assistant at the Canadian International College from 2013 to 2014 and received the Most Outstanding Student Award. Destiny then led her to become an Entrepreneur and started a home business on internet Business Market Shop.com since February 2015 up to present and enjoyed doing it on her free time.
In 2015, a promising Director asked her to be a part of his movie project and got the Lead Role as "Kathy" on a short film called "Not Empty." This year, she got the Lead Role of an online TV Drama, a first in Canada as "Olivia" which is a real life drama for Overseas Filipino Workers entitled "Mangarap Ka" episode slated to be launched this August 12, 2017.
Margie Bayanay is a proud Caregiver despite many job offers. She believes caring for her employers' children is a calling. She may not be able to put into practice her degree on Education. Margie Bayanay believes she is actually using it on her job today; teaching her employer's children.
Mangarap Ka Online TV DRAMA is set to launch this August 12, 2017 at Radisson Hotel in Toronto. This writer will be there.
