Shanaia Gomez Returns To Toronto

Shanaia Gomez is one of the members of a teenage singing group a couple of years back and they called themselves "Candy Crush." Forgive my honest opinions all the time because when I am watching a show or something, I always made and formed an honest, at times brutal perception of what I saw. Shanaia obviously possess a mixed beauty attributes that her presence is highly visible even among the same beautiful faces in a group.

I do that all the time...distinguishing and predicting outcomes of what may come of some particular people. It's similar to watching the Canadian Idol many years back when I choose Kaylan Porter as winner even during the audition process. His beautiful face and persona was irresistibly sharp. Same with Carrie Underwood in American Idol when I knew she was going to win the first time I saw her.

Shanaia Gomez is one of those whom I guessed early on to have the ability to make it a little bigger one day. Fast forward to January 2nd 2018, my guess was building up. She's been signed up as one of GMA Channel's new discoveries last year. She disappeared from Toronto's congested singing aspirants and was on training for acting and to become  a full-pledged star of one of the Philippines biggest TV Network.

Looking up on stage at her latest appearance and guesting with the two Comedians, Donita Nose and Super Tekla, her transformation is highly visible. From the way she carried herself, dressed herself up and the slimming figure of an artist climbing up to one day dominate the Entertainment scene in her mother's native land, Shanaia is an example of a well- disciplined artist. That ready smile and warmth in dealing with the audience is a character a successful artist must possess.

A true artist leaves an imprint to every person she/he mets. Shanaia has that sparkle in her eyes indicative of being real, respectful and one who knows the trade even at this fragile stage of her acting career.

She's not related to me. It's just that her mom hails from the same province as I do, Bohol. it's not even that and why this blog is written. It is because some artists deserve a space on my blogs. Meaning, I am her fan long before she went home and did commercials with the authentic heartthrob, Ian Veneracion.

Down the road....you will see her again on this platform, read more about her. This one will ultimately become an inspiration to the many kids her doting mom is molding at their studio- Star Circle Academy of Entertainment where she most likely began.
